What I Didn't Say
Predestination--As far as I can tell, most Christians (if not all of us) have a problem or two with some of the things the Bible says. For many United Methodists (which is the denomination where I am serving as this is written), the word "predestination" is often one of those things. For others, it may be "hell" or "sin" or "miracles."
So to my Methodist brethren (and cistern), and to all of us who have problems with God's choice of words, precepts, and realities, I have this to say. It's in there. Deal with it.
