Refrigerator--As I review this, I am preparing to clean out a refrigerator. It's amazing how bad a refrigerator can get. If we could just avoid wasting all the food we lose in our refrigerators, we could feed a lot of the world.
I know, I know...that sounds a bit like your Mother telling you to clean your plate because there are starving children in China. Yet, it's a shame we can't be a little more cognizant of being better stewards of the blessings the Lord has showered upon us.
I actually think I've gotten worse at this over the years. I give a lot more in recent years because I've received a lot more. But I probably waste proportionately far more. I've become careless, and maybe a little more callous.
Lord, please restore within me the need to feed.
