SO WHAT?

Enjoyment--Despite the fact that the apostle Paul sounds a tad grumpy from time to time in his letters, I get the feeling that he actually enjoyed life.  He particularly enjoyed it when he saw that the Word was getting out.  Preachers are not always like that. Sometimes preacher types are only happy when they are the ones getting that word out.

I'm not sure where I fall on that spectrum, but I do find the need to listen to my own sermons.  I do so for two primary reasons--1) I want to make sure I actually ended up saying what I meant to say, and 2) I want to make sure I said it well.

To that end, I listened to this sermon.  Sometimes when I do that, I cringe...usually because my diction and grammar are atrocious. Occasionally, it's because I said something that came out all wrong.  I can honestly say, however, that I really enjoyed listening to this one.  I hope you do as well.
